Nilesh S. is a seasoned Project Management Professional with nearly two & half decades of expertise in delivering complex, large-scale EPC, EPCI , EPCM and PMC projects across the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Energy sectors. With an M.Tech in Electrical Engineering as well as he is C. Eng. – Electrical and PMP certification, he brings strong technical knowledge combined with strategic leadership.
Over his 25 years of international experience, Nilesh has successfully led multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams in countries like USA, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Brunei, Taiwan, China, Singapore, Australia and India. He has a proven track record in project execution, contract and risk management, construction supervision, vendor coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
His leadership at NUGOS Engineering is instrumental in shaping the company’s operational excellence, driving innovation, and building lasting client relationships.
